This bit was designed for trail or pleasure riding. The shank is one of the most effective shanks for comfort and communicating with your horse after spending much time on the trail. This bit has low leverage swivel shanks that adds some flex. A short purchase for quick release and loose rings for less angular pressure. This allows you to lead a horse out with ease. The wide medium port has more tongue relief for wider or sensitive tongues.
